i wouldn't add salt to babies food, just to yours. baby doesn't need salt.

    seasoning

so, if my one year old daughter can eat what we eat- but we shouldn't add salt and other salty seasoning such as soya sauce- then how should I cook our meals then- just w/out the seasoning? Or should I only add healthy seasoning such as herbs. Lastly, is it ok to use oil to saute the food?

add the salt after cooking... then you can portion out some for baby without salt first, and add salt to yours.

i served blueberries like that, but be very careful! they are the right size for baby to choke on if baby doesn't chew properly.

    This is my LO's diet:

Breakfast: cereal with milk or wholewheat toast with a little butter, 1/2 banana, waffles with a drop of maple syrup or pancakes
Lunch: sandwich with blended filling, cheese crackers and cheese cubes, some fruit
Dinner: rice with blended meat and veg, cheesy pasta, stirfried noodles (cut up), cooked carrot and cauliflower cubes
