Thanks for opening this thread. I'm also looking for a prenursery school nearby. We're presently staying in Wan Chai. I'll be checking those you schools you've recommended.
Also, I've seen on the directory Alison's Letterland. Any feedback from this school? I read info about them on their website and looks fine. But I would appreciate any comments/feedback before I'll proceed.
Thanks.

hi,
could someone comment on whether Rosary Hill and Lingnan are bilingual putonghua and english? I thought they were a mix of cantonese and english (ie not putonghua) but maybe I've got it all wrong!

Lingnan and Rosary Hill are both Cantonese/English with Mandarin lessons once or twice a week, depending on the grade.

I have just checked. Lingnan only offers Putonghua at K3 level.
The medium of teaching is Cantonese for prenursery.

Does anyone know about Hong Lok Yuen international school? My son is accepted for the coming nursery class in Sept, should I send him there?

if you have girls, have you considered St Paul's Convent School on Leighton Road Causeway Bay? They have Primary and Secondary schools as well and I've heard that they now have an international section?

They dont give explaination. But generally the desired Putonghua/English am session is usually given to "people with connections or the rich and famous'. Dunno how true it is but I keep hearing this comment from other parents.
