I am a stay at home mom with 14 months old daughter near by Aldrich Bay, Shau Kei Wan/Sai Wan Ho. Does anyone know play groups organized by stay at home moms around my area?

Hi there! There's an English playground inside Taikoo Shing area (near to Quarry Bay) organized by Wembley Playgroup,

Their playgroups are run by native speaking English teachers for 1 and 1/2 hr per session at HK$120, for ages 18 mths and up.
