U.S. Pampers (Cruisers) versus H.K. Pampers (Active Fit)
Are there any moms in HK currently using/have used the U.S. made Pampers (Cruisers)? How is it compared to the HK locally sold Pampers (Active Fit) in terms of absorbency, fit and breathability etc.? My 4 month old boy has a very sensitive bottom and waistline (he develops diaper rashes even he is very frequently changed, and using warm water and cotton to clean rather than baby wipes) and I'm trying hard to find the right disposable diapers for him before resorting to cloth (which is not going to go well in this cold and humid weather).
I've tried other local supermarket carried brands and other imported diapers (even "eco-friendly" ones) but have heard good things about US Pampers (Swaddlers). I would like to find out more before committing myself to buy a big family size box (which is the only package size I can find in HK) and later to find it's not worth it.
Any sharing greatly appreciated.

I have found the Active Fit (UK version) that you buy at B2B much better than the supermarket version (Japanese made, I think). Much better soakage, so no leaks and no rash.

Many thanks, mum of 2. I have also tried Active Fit (UK version) from B2B, but perhaps I got it one size too big (I got a 4 cos baby's weight was towards the end of range for the size 3), so I ended up with a soaked through baby!! Perhaps I'll try one size down.
Many thanks again.
