Sand play for toddlers
Dear All,
I want to have my son at home to play with sand, Anyone can share with me
1) where can I buy the sand, like those used in school or playgroup?
2) where can I buy some sand toys?
3) any good books/web introduce the ideas on sand play?
Thanks a lots.
Kate

i saw some bags of sand sold at Bumps to Babes. you can get sand toys in all the toy shops. the cheapest will probably be toyrus or the shop in the street markets. i saw one at those housewares stores in wet market in Happy Valley.

We got our sandpit (one of those big green turtles) and packages of play sand from Toys Club in Central. The website is www.itoysclub.com and they deliver. Click on 'outdoor toys' then 'outdoor fun' to see the sand.
The sand toys, it depends what exactly you're after but if you just want a bucket and spade, and scoop/rake/moulds etc, then I agree, pick up a cheap pack from a street market somewhere.
