Alcohol free wine?
Hi ladies,
This is one of the non critical questions but I'm very early on in my pregnancy and can't help but finding it very difficult to hide that I don't drink... I'm having a girls dinner tonight and thought it would be very helpful with some alcohol free wine that looks like the real thing. Anyone knows if it exists here and where to buy?
Thanks!

Congratulations!!
I've seen sparkling ciders in ParkNShop and also one that is a dark grape juice.

THat is the first thing they notice... those nosey girlfriends!
And surely if you have a bottle of non alcoholic wine on the table it will say non alcoholic on the bottle! (and also it tastes awful!)
I was really uptight that my girlfriends would notice when I was pregnant...but maybe the trick is too get them too drunk to notice!
One of my girlfriends had a glass of wine and just pretended to sip from it all night . She just kept topping everyone else up.
Another girlfriend just said that she was de-toxing.

Rani and Cinnamon - thanks for your tips! I managed to find some grape based non alco drink which I kept topping up in the kitchen when no one was looking... I think they may have bought it this time
Next time, I'll try the detox excuse - although not very good timing over Rugby Sevens!
Have a good weekend!

Hi alicelmy,
I can't remember what it's called but I found it in the drinks section among cordials etc at Great. The problem is that it was very sweet so difficult to drink throughout a dinner...
Hope you find it.
