    Kindergarten / Preschool around TST

    Hi,

We are relocating to HK around Mid Aug' 07 with our 3 & 1/2 year old daughter. Appreciate suggestions on good kindergarten / preschool choices around Waterfront & Sorento apartements in Tsim Sha Tsui area.

    Thanks

They have two at Kowloon Station a mainly local Cantonese speaking one Yan Oi Tong and there will be a new one PIPS (has local and international stream) opening July 2007 which is just on the podium opposite The Waterfront.

Hi I can only find a Chinese website for Yan Oi Tong (a charitable organization) but can't find link to the Kowloon Station kindergarten (its all in Chinese). AS to PIPS their website is:
    www.pips.edu.hk

For more kindergarten choices, you can go further afield to Kowloon Tong (Kingston, Yew Chung, Tutortime, etc.) or TST Habour area, where there is a YMCA kindergarten. Most kinders have buses that take and drop off the kids at the housing estates.

We chose PIPS due to it's location and for the fact that my bubs wouldn't be on a schoolbus for 20-30 mins.

SO far so good, love the kindy, love the teachers, and the atmosphere, just one thing, just wish parents weren't so bitchy and if they had a complaint, they knew what they were talking about. PIPS is all about 'learning through play' and if parents don't like that then find somewhere else!
