study class for helper on Sunday

My maid /nanny is quite helpful and reliable.
Therefore, I would like to reward her by put her into study class.
She already took the first-aid class @ YWCA. In YWCA, they offer lots of class for helper, unfortunately, all are on weekday, which I don't want her either take my baby to there to attend class, too far from home, or I swap, stay home half day to look after the baby.

I just wonder is there any helper study class hold on Sunday, so that I can pay her to study, and use her own time?

thanks.

The YMCA in TST offer classes on Sundays. There are a lot of fun classes like Hip Hop Dance and Beauty/Hair.

You must be very clear that this is optional - you cannot prescribe your helper's activities on a Sunday - her 'own time' as you say. It's highly likely that she'd rather just have her day off as usual.

If I were you, I'd send her on courses during her normal working hours and make alternative arrangements for looking after your baby. If this doesn't work, forget the courses for now. Reconsider when your baby is in kindy, perhaps.
