When did you feel the baby move?
Hi ladies,
I am 14 weeks along and so many people have been asking me if I have started feeling the baby move, but I haven't :( They seem surprised at that.
When did you start to feel the baby move? I am worried, why can't I feel my LO yet?

hi,
congratulations! Don't stress - each pregnant woman is different - with both my pregnancies, I think I only start to feel "fluttering" (ie not full blown kicking or anything strong like that) from 17-18 weeks onwards - and funnily enough despite the norm, I felt my 2nd child later than my first, I only started feeling her properly when I was about 19 weeks.....so relax and don't worry! : )

I would not worry (easier said than done, I know). I was about 17 weeks when I felt my first baby move, a little earlier with the other two. If you are REALLY concerned, you could see about getting a scan just to put your mind at rest - otherwise, I'd wait a few weeks. I'm sure that everything's fine.

I didn't feel any major movements until about 22 weeks, before that I could feel 'flutterings' from about 19-20 weeks. And when the movement did come, my daughter could kick really hard!! My OB/GYN told me it's common for pregnant women to worried around your stage as people keep asking that question and they feel upset if they can't feel anything. Try not to worry!

Flutterings at 16 weeks. Don't worry, me too, people kept asking before the 16 weeks. You will notice it when the baby 'moves' like butterly in your tummy. I remember my heart jumps when i first felt his movement. after that, it took me another 2 days to feel it again, subsiquently, everyday a few times.
Enjoy every bit of your pregnancy!

It's my frist pregnancy and I felt flutters at 17 weeks. I'm almost 20 weeks now and they are becoming much stronger. You can easily mistaken the initial movements for a little gas or stomach discomfort... don't worry :)
