Hi

I need to replace the basket underneath our Combi stroller - too much shopping - it is torn and I expect it to be totally useless shortly. If anyone has any information on how and where to get spare parts for these strollers I would really appreciate that information. Thank you !

This week I also answered a question in this Forum on "Combi" brand strollers, not realizing it was an old posting. I have since looked at prices for these strollers -only found one store in my neighborhood (Nanshan in Shenzhen). The store is located in the "Garden City" mall, right next to the Shekou Walmart. Its on the 3rd floor, next to the stairs to the B&Q store, (I don't know the name).

They carry Combi strollers ranging in price from 450 RMB to a bit over 1000 RMB. Interestingly the more expensive ones do not have the double fold feature, whereas the 450 RMB one and the mid price range do have that very practical feature.

Did you try calling Combi in China or the HK office to see if they have a spare basket? I bought a Combi from Guangzhou and snapped the guardrail after a few months. My cousin in Guangzhou called the local office and they sent him a replacement for free. At the same time we called the HK office and they also gave us a replacement.

Thank you for the reply. Even before I posted my request I had searched the net and found the company home page (in USA) but no listings for China incl. Hong Kong. I also checked with my store and they quoted me the price for the basket - 880RMB - the price for a new stroller - duhh.

If you could point me in the right direction as to phone number or address - that would be nice.

I have the same problem with my Peg Perego stroller. I went to Bumps to Babes in May and they told me they will order it for my but it is still not here. Would appreciate if anyone knows where I can get the spare parts for Peg Perego?

0/3 in TST are agents for them. u can ask them. We bought our Peg Perego from them.

I will try to contact them over the next couple of days before I go shopping in Hong Kong - now real easy and inexpensive for us - with the new bridge across the Bay.
