I went to mother care, and other baby shops but can not find natural baby sponge. Can someone tell me where to find it?

have seen them in plenty of places, mothercare, BtoB, watsons, sasa/bonjour or any of the places they sell makeup items (they sell natural sponges as well). even citysuper etc. they are quite easy to find nowadays.
