is it ok to use baby bjorn carrier for few hours

Was wondering whether it is OK for baby to be in baby bjorn carrier for a few hours (2-3 hrs) at a time? Will it be too much pressure on baby's skin - she is about 9 kgs.

You aren't supposed to. But many mums and dads have been guilty of such a crime. For us, it was just easier way to get around HK when we first moved here. Bub was about 10 kgs. And his dad took him everywhere in the Baby Bjorn.
So, if you're planning a one off lengthy use of the BB, don't worry about it.

I would say as one off would be fine- when my little one was 9kg I couldn't carry him in the baby bjorn for more than 10 minutes- felt like my back was going to snap in two!
