Traditional Chinese Medicine
Hi, I was wondering if any parents have taken their child to see a traditional chinese doctor. Who did you see and what treatments/medicine did they prescribe? Was it helpful?
My 4-year-old has had allergic rhinitis/bronchitis since he was born. Peadiatricians are telling me that I must put him on the inhaler in order to preserve his lung function, but I'm very reluctant to do so. We've tried massage, NAET, homeopathy, but all with limitied results. Now I want to give TCM a try, and western medicine will be my last resort.
Any advice offered would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Thanks very much, joannek.
We're currently trying Gianna at IMI, seem to be making some progress. She does accupuncture with a laser beam instead of the needles, and prescribes western herbs and chinese herbs.
I was also going to try out Louisa Wong at the 818 clinic next time. But will definitely visit Connie Hsu for another opinion when needed!
