I have noticed a few unanswered threads on this topic, so I thought I would share a website that ships internationally that I have used. The website is called "Tiny Prints"

They are based in the US, but do ship internationally. I used this site to order the birth announcements for my first son and was very pleased with cards. They have added some new designers since, even a designer who uses Asian themes called "Tea Collection."
