newbie in panic - help!

Hi
We got a helper recommended through a friends helper, who is very experienced and has taken charge of getting her visa etc. I've given cheques for levy and visa processing and she says now that it has all gone through successfully.

My question is - what happens now?! She needs to leave HK presumably, so am I responsible for a return ticket, or just a single ticket back from her country. Also, should I request to see the actual visa and receipts for the levy payments?

Are there any other costs that i've overlooked, but should expect?
Don't know whether I am just getting new employer cold feet, or have been really silly in letting her take so much control over matters.
Help!
