Where to buy a dresser/change table

I've been to Bumps to Babes and Mothercare, but the selection seems a bit limited. Does anyone have any other great suggestions? Thanks! Debbie

You could look secondhand as well - some great bargains on the web in Hong Kong and expat sales in the classifieds on Sundays (South China Morning Post). Just a thought!

We got a simple pine dresser from Jade Rattan and put a changing mat on the top. We still have it. We only really use the bottom 2 draws. D can reach his clothes easily and dresses himself.

Try Ocean Terminal, TST where all the children shops are.

    Thanks!

Thanks for all your suggestions. It sounds like I need to block an afternoon to hunt around and keep an eye on bargains online.

If you are bummed about the concept of spending $ on a changing table or tight for space, I found a neat little product on line: www.ubi-baby.com. Its basically a simple diaper changing station that can be put on top of any dresser or even on the floor.

Unfortunately, I think you need a US credit card, although with that, they will ship to HK (I know, strange). Ive assumed with the name of SFnative that you're from the Bay area...

    Good luck!

We have also recently ordered a changing table at Jade Rattan. We basically took the model mentioned by Rani and customised it...wanted them to add a panel/ extension on the side, so that the changing table can hold a bath tub as well as a changing mat during bath times. Had seen the changing table at Eugene club which can hold a bath tub inside...but didnt quite like the size and design, so we just mentioned our requirement to the guys at Jade and they came up with a brilliant design in 15 mins! And they are charging us half the price of the ones we saw at the big stores...that too for much better wood quality and customised measurements!
Well, we havent got it delivered yet...may be this weekend, so hoping we like the final product too!
