does anyone live above kowloon station at either waterfront or the arch? if so can you tell me what the kids facilities are like? are there playrooms? thanks

The Waterfront clubhouse has 2 indoor playrooms - one for toddlers and one for slightly older kids - and one small outdoor playground. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. There are heaps of kids living here. Also, there's a public playground above the PIPS kindergarten which anyone can access.
