Ooopppss.. one more question.. Does anyone know if there are indonesian jamu massage available here? or similiar alternatives? I'm going into 36weeks now and the water retention on my body are just piling on pretty fast. i really think i need help to get rid of the excess water retention after birth. even clutching my fist now is an effort..the skin and joints just feels so tight..

i dunno about indo massage but u can try Clarins pregnancy massage, i had it when i was in Sg, dunno if the standard in HK is the same or not, but it was quite good.

hihi, i am a spore mummy too. been here for 2 yrs and i have a 3 yr old gal. Unfortunately, meeting up is out of the question for me as my helper just left suddenly and i am stranded without help for at least 6 weeks while i try to apply for a new one.
