Thank you very much to all..i really appreciate your advises! We just moved to Hong Kong so it couldn't be harder I guess.

Can I ask you one more thing....what about if I decide to have the baby back in Europe? Does anyone know if the doctor will still take me as a patient and if I would be able to do any ante-natal classes here?

Yes - you are able to have health care here and then go home and deliver although they are not keen on it. I am at public care and I have a few private appts and I have foudn it amazing. We tried once and got pregnant so like you I totally freaked out but now I feel very happy to have the baby here.

The medical here is so so much better than in the UK so in a way I feel quite relived to be here having it.
