hospital bag

hi,

please advise on what to pack in the hospital bag and when to pack it? i'll be going to QE. I think i have seen the list somewhere about what to pack but just can't find it now.

I added Witch-hazel gel into the pack! It was a GREAT post-natal companion to put on those cold sanitary napkins for the stitches. I don't think it's an Asian thing though... very common amongst the Aussie women in the hospital district i was at.

thanks.
i heard that better to bring vacumn flask to keep the hot water. for the chinese, i heard better to drink warm water, they give hot water in the morning, but no longer hot in the afternoon, so, bring own flask.

Hi. I got mine from Oz coz bub was born there. I've seen it but not in gel form in some pharmacies on the Island though (quite some time ago, can't remember where as they're good to have around the house for bites and stings too). Try Watsons or Bumps to Babes?
