My friend is leaving Hong Kong for good - she has a fantastic helper who is looking for live in, full time employment. She is trustworthy, reliable and always eager to learn new chores. She has worked full time in HK with one employer who has 2 children aged 8 and 2. She has looked after the children, taking them to playgroups, babysitting etc. She is a good cook and speaks excellent English. She is also very good at housekeeping.
She will be available from Mid August.

Actually I'm not sure you should continue to advertise...
I called her, talked to her and we agreed to meet at my place at the time she choose, a sunday late morning. She never showed up or neither called to apologize...

Same here... I spoke to her, and she agreed to meet up at my place. But I only received her sms that she was not feeling well and won't be turning up.
I was ready to let her go since I would not want someone who is not keen to work for me anyway!

If yes, I met a great one. I didnt hire her because in the end we decided to stay with our curent one as we dont know how long we'll spend in HK and she gets along very well with our kids...
