Hi moms/moms-to-be,

Has anyone checked out this DVD (from the Australian government, apparently it's inside a "Parent Pack" when you have your baby in Australia, but I guess they're not gonna send it to me here)

I just wanted to see if anyone has used it and thought it was quite helpful before I get my parents to get one and mail it to me.
