hi ruth
yup, fri 2pm is good for me too. Will see u all there at Starbucks rite?
Re: Ferber's Cry It Out
OMG, 90mins of crying?? I dont think i can stomach it!
Connie
how do u know there wont be lasting trauma? Personally i have not heard about babies crying more for attention after 3mths, but even if they do, that's prob due to maturity as they will start recognising their mommies and having separation anxiety. I dont have the heart to letting my baby cry like that.

Hi Elsa,
Hope your little princess could sleep longer and longer each night, and yourself also can have some nice rest.
Looking forward to see you both tomorrow and friday!
pray for you, hug hug!

Hi Fennho,
Hope to see all moms and babies on fri. afternoon, 2pm starbucks.
I never let my son keeps crying more than 10 mins. I studied from some websites, that baby crys and you didn't give him attention immediately, the baby will have less sense of security。
talk more about this when we meet.

Fenho, well I guess I'm not sure there is no lasting trauma... that is the big risk, right? I sure hope I don't ever have to consider it. I would definitely need to leave the house and let my husband do it. From the folks I've heard from who have done it, there does not appear to be any lasting trauma from Ferberizing... but that would be an interesting new thread to start - and a highly controversial one - DOES FERBERIZING LEAVE ANY LASTING TRAUMA?! I think most parents who have done it would say no... but I totally agree with you - how do we really know??
