Rash on back - any ideas?

My 8 month old has a bit of a rash on her back, looks like little spots. any ideas?

It doesn't seem to be bothering her/not itchy or sore, but not sure whether to be worried or not.

    Thanks

If it is a heat rash it should go within the week provided the area is kept cool and dry. Does it have a little fluid blister to the top of the little spots?

My son often gets that on his back and we figure that is from sitting in the stroller when we go out--Hong Kong is a dirty, dusty, hot and sweaty place--especially in the summer--so it's no wonder babies get rashes.
