    Help! Allergy/Hay Fever

my 3 year old daughter is suffering from a pretty serious nose allergy/hay fever. she is particularly sensitive to house hold dust (bed sheets/mattress, aircon filter). this has really impacted her learning/sleep.

I know the most efficient cure is to remove the allergen, but it is not possible since her school is air-conditioned.

what are some other ways (like special food, vitamin) you would recommend i give to improve her immune system?

i hope i am not the only parent dreading this particular illness. my husband had hay fever while he was a kid, so this runs in the family.

    Hello

I'm quite allergic to dust mites myself... packed my bed, need to change the sheets and the protection regularly and wash it at 60 C

We're paying a company to deep clean our A/Cs

But as you said you unfortunately can't control the A/Cs of others... I had some nice start of asthma attack in a bus like that...

If you're willing to go for it, Traditional chinese medicine can give pretty results on children's allergies...

    Otherwise homeopathy?

    Hope it gets better
