Follow up on the fudge cake!

    Hey chickies,

Thanks so much for organising last night, Leora. It was great fun and good work for getting them to position us right by the loos!

Few little follow ups from last night's chit chat:

Tash, what is the name of that magical website with all the downloads? I am keen to stock up on tv series before the breastfeeding begins.

Emma, I forgot to ask if you knew why the nausea was back and if there is anything we can do about it. Are we just being drained of nutrients...again.

Anyone keen on prenatal yoga that doesn't close for the summer or kick you out when the regulars come back from their summer hols? I go to yogalimbs in Sheung Wan for a much needed relax and stretch twice a week. Wednesday nights and Saturday afternoons. I always feel great after. Check out the hong kong schedule at http://www.yogalimbs.com/ on those days but probably give them a call to ask about paying and booking first class etc.

Hope you're all having a lovely day
    xxx
    Rita

Leora - Yes, thank for organising last night - it was lovely to catch up with everyone as well as seeing new faces.

Rita - I have no idea why the nausea is back. A quick search on t'internet suggests that it's all quite normal though. Mine seems to come if I've eaten too much....I s'pose I should just eat smaller portions! It's certainly not as bad as it was in the 1st tri.

Yeah that sounds familiar actually and I think it might be sugar that tips me over as the more sugary I eat the more nauseous I feel. It must be the body registering an overload. Might have to sit out the peanut butter milkshake on monday.

If it tastes really, really at the time, you pay for it afterwards. So unfair!

lovely to meet everyone on Monday. Rita, thanks for details on the yoga.
Very sad to hear that what was for me pure enjoyment in the case of the fudge cake might not last the rest of the term!

Thanks for posting that info Rita! I've signed up for the class on Saturday - I'm super excited. Is anyone else going?
