Hi yes I used POW and they were great with my birth plan. Read it and stuck to it throughout birth and then followed it with after care also. Am happy to share mine if you want to message me.

    Hi Fhurley,
Could you maybe PM a sample for your birthplan too? I have done one before, but this was not in HK and not in a public hospital, therefore it would be very helpful to see how "its done here".
    Thank you so much

I would really love a copy too please. I'm also giving birth at POW and trying to get my head around how to write the birth plan.

Any chance you can share a brief rundown on how it all went at POW as well. Not many seem to have given birth there that are on this website.

Every time I read "POW", I think "Prisoner of war" ;) I know it's meant to mean Prince of wales - but I just read it the other way ;)

Annerley midwives were also great for advice on getting the birth you want using the Public hospitals. I used them throughout my pregnancy for ante natal classes and check ups and afterwards for baby checks and breastfeeding advice. They helped me write my birth plan.
