Permanent resident status of Hong Kong
My baby is borned in HK and a holder of HKSAR and dutch passport and china travel card. We will migrate to the Netherlands next month. He will probably depart HK with his HKSAR passport. How can I keep his permanent resident status of Hong Kong and Chinese nationality? Should he return to HK after a certain of time?

the best thing to do would be to contact the HK immigration. they are the only people that can give you a definitive answer.
although, if your child holds an HKSAR passport and on the birth certificate that says "established", then you child will always have PR status and it cannot be "removed", as far as i know

This is a complex area. But basically, if your son is Chinese, he will always retain his Hong Kong residency.
Best check with Immigration, as Cara advises.
