    swiss chocolate mousse...

    At dinner the other week i mentioned this recipe. it's super easy & super yummy! enjoy...
    hope i'll get to catch up with you/meet some more of you soon

    swiss chocolate mousse


    * 100 g Toblerone chocolate bars, chopped
    * 2 eggs, seperated
    * 1/2 cup thickened cream (whipped cream)


    1. melt chocolate in a large bowl over hot water.

    2. use a wooden spoon to mix in egg yolks, one at a time; beat until smooth and thick.

    3. fold in whipped cream, then softly beaten egg whites

    4. spoon into individual serving dishes, refrigerate several hours or until firm.

    5. decorate with etra whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate curls if desired.
