Light Brown Color in Vomit of a Breastfed Baby
Hi, has anyone had this experience with their little ones? My LO is 4months old and occasionally has spitting spells. I noticed that sometimes, it has brownish colored threads. He is exclusively taking breastmilk. We asked the doctor my husband was seeing for his GERD if we should worry about this, he said to worry only if it gets "coffee brown" in color. But as a mom, i can't help but worry. Any thoughts on this will be very appreciated.
And btw, this morning i noticed a pinkish pool on his bedding.

I can't help you with your specific problem, but as a mum, if you are worried, take your bub to see a dr (or pediatrician) armed with all the questions you want to ask and get the dr to check your baby.
Even if they say to you your baby is fine, it is worth the visit for you piece of mind. Having children is stressful, even more-so when you worry about their health... but the best person to help diagnose if there is a problem is a dr. Good dr's won't be upset with you wanting to check your child is ok regardless of the outcome.
Good luck, and I hope it isn't anything serious.
