Helper's Personal Hygiene
Our helper who has been with us for about 10 months now, is generally pretty good at her work. When we hired her, we had written expectations about the standards we expect from her, including points in relation to personal hygiene.
As my wife and i both work (are out of the house almost every day) and with a baby on the way i'm paying a lot more attention to the work that she does.
One of the things i've noticed is that she doesn't wash her hands regularly with soap. This morning after she used the washroom i didnt 'hear' her washing her hands. I've told her several times about the importance of hand-washing and i think she gets it, but perhaps forgets.
Anything i can do to drum it into her head that this is very very important especially when the baby arrives?
