    Pumping on the go

Just wondering if anyone has any tips for 'pumping on the go' and storing the milk safely.
I'll be away from my baby for 10 hours (first time in 8 months!) on Fri and will need to express milk and then keep it until I get home and can put it in the fridge - hate to waste the milk. Can't take anything too bulky. Any tips anyone?

Thanks for that. Might be interested... could you let me know how much you'd sell it for and where you are based.
Does it actually chill the milk or does it just keep it cool once it's chilled?
    Cheers!

Do you have a cooler carrier? Lots of icepacs and a cooler will work.

The length of time it can stay out (in nothing) depends on the temperature of the place you willl be, if it's cool and/or outside in this weather it may be fine as is or in just a cool pack for 10 hours (then use it when you get home straight away, don't refridgerate).

    Freshly expressed milk:
    Warm room 79?F / 25?C 4-6 hours
    Room temperature 66-72?F / 19-22?C 10 hours
    Insulated cooler / icepacks 60?F / 15?C 24 hours

    Here's a good site.
