Has anyone tried Marie France in Hong Kong

    Hi mommies

Has anyone tried using the Marie France slimming treatments in HK? I'd like to lose some weight and would love to know any feedbacks of their service here. Are they pushy, hardsell, etc. Can anyone recommend any other effective treatments with other slimming centers?

I know exercising and dieting is the best to slim down, but i thought i'd like to have some of these treatments to pamper myself :)

it is helpful but u need to exercise and control your diet and they will have a dietician for u that u need to meet regularly u have to write down what u eat etc and it is quite helpful and they do your full body analysis etc.

If u join dont forget to push they for the discount

I have tried Elyze (overpriced but great service), and now Physical. I like Physical so far, they don't push you too hard to buy treatments, and prices are fair. Don't go to Modern Beauty - their sales are really annoying at getting you buy stuff.

i signed up for CURVES, a gym ONLY for women. it's circuit training and a VERY good workout. the first time i went, i thought i would collapse, but my 63 year old mother goes 6X/week and LOVES it. she's lost about 25lbs since Feb 19 (her first workout day) and over 15" from all of the measurements they take.

there is a curves in central, but i don't know where it is.

they weren't pushy at all. they have a set price and it's pretty similar all over the world. oh, and that's the other thing, with your curves membership, you can use any curves anywhere in the world.

you can consider joining a yoga studio...yoga helps calm your mind and really helps strengthen and tone those hard to reach places. Plus there's lots of yoga teachers out there that specifically help mommies...
