How to register at a public hospital in Kowloon
I'm sorry if this question has already been answered, but I couldn't find a phone number on the message board for those registering through the public system in Kowloon. Do I call the hospital that I most likely would like to register at (Queen Elizabeth), or do I call a clinic in Kowloon? If I need to call a clinic, can someone please post the name and number. I live in Olympic. Also, is Queen Elizabeth okay for English speakers? Thank you so much for your help!
