Also, since my son likes cold or icey drinks I make the "Dr. Oz Green Drink" for my son and he and I share it. He eats it with a spoon.


Juice from one squeezed lemon
2 apples
2 stalks celery
Thumb-nail size piece of ginger (or more, to taste)
2 big handfuls of spinach
Water and/or ice for coolness and texture

I also add:
1 kiwi
1 pear

Blend this all up in a blender and drink/eat right away! It's a bit sweet, very fresh tasting and loaded with veggies and fruit--my son really likes it!
