    Moving out of HK

    Hi, All

We are moving out of HK due to my husband's job relocation.
We only have maximum 3 weeks to get ready and go. We are trying to find a efficient, trustworthy and reasonable (low price) international moving company. Does anyone have recomendation?
(We do not have much items to take so we probably need only half of the container.)

We really need to things organized soon! Please help!

    Thanks!

    Sucellia

Hi there - Asian Tigers moved us and they were fine. You'd have to google them.

Not to cause too much confusion but it might be worth seeing who else is out there other than Asian Tigers. We moved to HK with Asian Tigers and when they were delivering our belongings to our apartment they managed to drop 4 boxes (big moving sized boxes too) down one flight of stairs outside of our apartment. The look of horror on my husband's face as he watched our belongings hit each step on the way down was priceless. The only reason our boxes stopped was because they hit the wall at the bottom of the stairs. Needless to say we lost quite a few glasses, wine glasses, platters and photo frames plus dented up some cookware. We don't plan to use them again.

Sante Fe moved us into HK from London. They also do local moves. They were fantastic, fast and efficient.

Hi, Dink, Neha, Monty, Southside852 and rani

Thank you very much for your information and comments. They are so valuable to me since we do not have much time.
I hope we can find a good mover in short time!

    Thanks again!

    Hi, Monty

Sorry to hear about your experience....it must be awful to see your belongings falling down the stairs......

We asked Asian Tigers to give us a quote but we have a second thought now. I guess we are going to ask several moving companies to come and give us a quote.
I hope we can chose the right one!

Thank you for sharing your experience with me.
