bb constipation
sometimes my fully breastfed 8mth old only poos once a day or once every 2 days, but there is A LOT. is it normal? she's gaining weight well, sleeping well & generally happy.

i think that is normal, my baby is like that too, though she is not fully breastfed. i have told the pd about this once, and he is okay about it. start worrying if there is no poo,, for 2 days in a row..
i'd bring her to see pd, if there is no poo for 3 days in a row..

Supposedly it is OK for breastfed babies to go for up to 2 weeks withoout a poo.
Some babies are just super efficient, at using up everything.
My little one used to go one every 4-5 days ( for some reason when I was out to lunch ) and it would be quite large.
Once he started solids it changed to everyday.
