I second Koan, I don't wash mine each time - even at home. I just pump and put it straight back in the fridge - washing in hot soapy water once a day, sterilizing the bottles only.

I'm not sure as I bought in canada, but i would think anywhere that sells medela products would have them or could order them in. This is what they look like

I bought a tupperware-type container with a screw top lid.
Once I have pumped, I rinse the pieces out in hot water. I then out them in the container, fill with cold water and add a Miton tablet - it's the same as using a steam steriliser. After ten minutes, I drain the water, then the pieces are ready to go for the next expressing.
Really cuts down on the amount of stuff to carry.
I used to cary two pumps, but this is easier. I travel from place to place for work, and this system was much more practical.

FutureHKmum you can buy sterilization bags at bumps to babes and mothercare. Not sure if they are medela brand but they'd do the same job.
