Baby has grown small for date and low amniotic fluid

    Go easy on the water, 10 litres is definatley too much.
    You can actually do yourself harm if you drink too much. Your body's sodium levels can drop too far, which causes problems.

    I think the recommendation for pregnant women is double the normal amount, so aim to be drinking 16 glasses a day.

    i was thinking exactly the same thing... yikes that's more than half of one of those HUGE waterjugs from watson's! they hold 18 litres....
