    Helium balloons

    Hello,

    Does anyone know where I can get birthday and normal helium balloons apart from the party shop in Prince's building (it's very expensive there)? I tried to go to Party caramba but they were closed!

    spotlight also does them, AND they deliver (at least they did a year ago when i needed them!)
