Lou Chiu at Hillwood road, TST and Jordan. May not get the name spells right but will check out later. we are going there for good Viet beef noodles!!

For the BEST Pho soup, there's this place on Queens Road, Sheung Wan called Pho 26 - Pho 26 Crowded Planet - it's just a "cheap, gunky place" that is usually packed full of Chinese people and I've never seen another westerner there - but the taste is better than anywhere else!!

Pho Vietnamese @ Megabox. They have a few branches dotted around Hong Kong but we usually go to the one at Megabox. Also around Kowloon City, there are several Cambodian/Vietnamese restaurants.

I agree with Twinsmammie!! The best in Hong Kong and closest taste to the Vietnamese pho in LA.

There's Saigon on Electric Rd in Tin Hau. I'm comparing it to the ones I used to get in Cabramatta, Sydney. The soup base in the beef noodles is good. They're not the cushiest place (fold away tables and stools) so if you're looking for ambience, forget it. The owners are vietnamese chinese.

love Pho Saigon on Hennessy Road near the fire station in Causeway Bay!
