Where to buy seashell candy for cake decorating?

I want to make an 'under the sea' theme cake for a birthday party and found a fab looking idea on the internet that uses candy rocks and seashells: Under the Sea Cake Recipe - and More Great Family Fun Recipe Ideas.

Does anyone know if candy rocks and seashells are available in Hong Kong and where to get them from? I need specific advice as I have never looked for cake decorating supplies before in HK. Thanks a bunch!

Thank you carang and blingdiva for your replies. I have looked at Complete Deelite's website and they don't seem to have exactly what I'm looking for, but they do have tropical fish candles listed so I'll go to the shop and look around and see if I score anything else.

Candy rocks are an encouraging start carang - if you can remember where you saw them I'd be very grateful!

I"m pretty sure Marks and Spencer sells bags of "sour fish" jelly sweets. And there's a sweet shop in Megabox on the 9th floor, which has a good selection of Pick n Mix type sweets. I'd bet they have at least a few sea-themed candies.
