The one I used was also from Mothercare - same brand as the Grobag - is that miracle blanket?
Anyway, lightweight, easy to use, great product, only problem was that my son HATED IT. Am hoping the next one (whenever that will be) will like it as much as me!
I heard from aussie friends that their summer baby only required the muslin wraps too.

Agree that the Miracle Blanket from Mothercare is the best. It's light enough (when warm we swaddled just the arms if the AC isn't on) and worked better than others (including cot sheets/squares etc) we tried.

Worked like an 'off switch' for sending our No. 2 to sleep!

After watching "Happiest baby on the block" DVD, I followed their advise to use a big swaddling blanket and it does work! I used Anais and Adan brand from the US (bought through Amazon) and their big ones did wonders to my baby!

miracle blanket is the way to go....it's light and even the most active baby can't wiggle his way out if they want to...

I also watched that DVD on recommendation of my friends and read the book and made copies--then after my son was born found out that some babies HATE (with a capital 'H') to be swaddled and my son was one of them. But, the "shushing" technique was a pretty valuable tool that I was actually able to employ with some success with my son. The gently "jiggling" worked a bit too but rocking didn't do much for him.
