How to put up picture frames on walls without a single nail?
I am thinking to put up picture frames on the walls of our living room. but I don't want to use a single nail to ruin the walls. What can I do? I know there are those 3M adhensive hooks which will not even damage the paint, but they are usuall with huge hooks which will make the picture frames slanted.
I am looking for something that will literally stick the frames onto the walls (of coz without damaging the paint). does this type of product exist????

3M also do mounting foam with the same adhesive. I used to get them at B&Q but they're closing down now so no stock. Maybe Spotlight at Megabox or the larger Parknshop or wellcome superstores.

How big is your picture? If it is big and heavy then using nails may be a better solution as it's more secure.
You can also use the 3M hooks. To make the picture straight, you can put some double sided foam tape on the corners.
You can also try to use 'Velcro' (Magic tape). It's very strong as well.

I used 2 different 3M products for pictures:
1- a picture hook for wire hanging pictures
2- their velcro double sided tape which I really like
`1` I found as Pricerite and `2` I found at Japan Home Centre. Both can be removed from the wall without leaving a mark.

of course, it depends on what kind of paint you have on the walls... our landlord used the cheapest, crappiest paint he could find... even the removable stickers have pulled all the paint off of our walls!

i think it's just waterbased and then he watered it down some more...
good thing is we've just renewed the lease and i'm providing paint, they are providing painters...so i get the paint I want.
