My MIL wants to tailor made a chinese traditional dress (qi pao, long one Chinese Qi Pao Clothing) in Shenzen after I told her how cheap the things in Shenzen :)

Does anyone here ever made a traditional chinese dress from shenzen? and how much would I expect. ( She will bring along her fabric)

I will bring her there to do the tailoring before end of the month.
