insurance for part-time helper
Can anyone recommend a company that has an insurance/employer's compensation plan for a legal part-time helper.
The plans on offer from HSBC and Hang Seng are for full time domestic helpers only, and the part-time helper insurance is only applicable to "locals" ie. permanent residents.
I've found a Filipino P/T helper who is on a domestic visa so she should be legal to work. I plan on only needing her once per week for 3 hours.
Thanks.

if she is on a domestic visa, she is NOT legal to work. she can ONLY work for her sponsor.
the ONLY way she can work is if she is on a DEPENDENT visa or if she is a PR.
