BF Moms sling and Mayawarp sling

    Hi,
I'm considering buying a sling for my 3rd baby (but first in HK).
I read lot of recommandations fo the Mayawarp one sold by Leache League in HK. But it seems very similar to the one sold by BF Moms Nursing Wears & Accessories, which is much cheaper.
Do you know why there is such a big difference?
Any experience about the BFMoms one?

By the way, I also read that carrying the baby in a sling which is not symetric may cause back pain... What do you think? I plan to use it from birth to 4-5 month (after I have the Ergo carrier one)

Isnt' i too hot for HK summer?

    Thanks for your precious feedbacks!
    Stephanie

We never had back pain with the Maya wrap. I'm not sure how a sling with a baby can cause back pain unless there is some sort or pre-existing condition. We just used ours to haul our sick 3 YO around and didn't have back pain. I think the Maya wrap is rated good for something like 45 KG and it can be used on your front, back, side.
The material is light and breathable, but is hot in the HK summer. But then again, so are clothes.
