Live in helper wanted - current helper stealing
Hello moms,
I am really hoping for some help here. We've just caught our helper stealing money out of our wallets for the third time in 2 months. We cannot trust her now and I've just started back at work full time so now it is very stressful to leave her at home alone with my 3 months old son. I'm trying to find a replacement as soon as possible. If any of you know of a good, trustworthy helper looking for a new employer due to a relocation I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks again.

I am with Shenzenifer, call the police. I wouldn't let someone who is knowingly stealing from me anywhere near my child.

She should be prosecuted so that she can't go on and target the next poor employer!!!!!

Hi kinda think the same, what can the police do as she will just deny it. We have the same story here, so if anyone has a good recommendation of a good helper, please let me know also asap.
Many thanks

I seriously have to question leaving your 3 month old son with someone you do not trust!

Do not leave your 3-month-old alone with someone you don't trust. It's not worth any amount of money or grief you might get from work.
Either * explain the situation to your boss and ask for leave
* get a grandparent / friend / relative to stay at home with the helper till you find a new one
* hire temporary help.
You can get a Chinese nanny through Bamboos agency, or a more expensive expat one through Rent-A-Mum.
