Organic baby formula fortified with DHA & ARA

    Hi
Does anyone know about organic formula's fortified with DHA & ARA as the famous brands such as HIPP and Holle don't seem to be. Should I be supplementing my baby of any vitamins, etc if I am giving him the Holle Organic formula?

I enquired with my organic formula brand Babynat and they advised they did not support the addition of supplements.

I am also guessing in many countries the formula would no longer meet the organic criteria.

Research and opinion is divided on the benefits and side effects of added DHA/ARA, given these are structurally different to the acids that occur naturally.

There is a lot of information on this topic available, personally I have not supplemented with either of my children.

i think it depends on how old your baby is. if you are weaning your baby then they should ideally be getting all the vitamins through the food he/she is eating.
