School hours for petite section at the French International?
Hello, wonder if anyone know the school hours for the petite section (for 3 years old) at the French International School in HK? i heard it's from 9am till 3pm? is it true? as it seems like a long stretch for a child so young. Thank you in advance for any information provided.

Cheers for the information.
That is a really long day for the little ones.
Does anyone know the age cut off for applying to reception year - is this the first point of entry? Ie: have to turn 4 by August 31st or December 31st of the year you attend?
Thanks

On their application they say must've turned 4 by 1 Sept of year of entry. However they told us our daughter would be eligible for reception in 2010 even though she doesn't turn 4 til November. I questioned about the hours which I agree seem very long for a 3/4 year old and they said it was our choice, we could apply for reception the following year when she would be almost 5. But they confirmed the hours are as already mentioned, plus finish at 2pm on Friday. These are standard hours for FIS primary section.
